My first try at a baleen whale. It's a bit rough, but it was fun (especially to get the knobbly texture - I'm so used to doing species with smooth skin) so I definitely plan on doing more in the future.

So deep. So blue. And then the whale. I dunno why I love the deep whale pictures so much. There's just something so magical and mysterious about them.

This is astonishing work!! Simply amazing, the deep blue and the games of the light in the surface, and the vastity of the ocean surrounding an enourmous animal, making it seem small; that's what I see. DD, well deserved
